About Floored & Fabulous
Floored & Fabulous was created as a soft, supportive sanctuary for women navigating pelvic organ prolapse. It was founded by someone who understands this experience from the inside — a woman who has lived through the fear, uncertainty, isolation, and emotional overwhelm that prolapse can bring.
Her intention was to build the quiet, anonymous space she once needed herself — a place where women can arrive gently, breathe, learn in peace, and feel supported without pressure, expectation, or the need to share anything personal.
Floored & Fabulous exists to offer reassurance during moments of doubt, compassion during moments of fear, and privacy during moments when speaking feels too hard. Nothing here asks for bravery, disclosure, or confidence — only that each woman takes the next small step in her own time.
What You’ll Find Here
Floored & Fabulous shares gentle emotional support, grounding guidance for overwhelming days, and a compassionate perspective on coping with prolapse — all offered in calm, encouraging language.
As this space grows, you’ll soon find beginner-friendly information about pessaries, lifestyle tools, supportive practices, soothing audio and visual content, and step-by-step guidance for early recovery.
This space is evolving intentionally — always built with warmth, clarity, and emotional comfort in mind.
A Journey Shared Quietly and Honestly
The founder of Floored & Fabulous has walked this difficult path herself. She understands the shock, the fear, the heaviness, and the private grief that prolapse can create. She knows what it feels like to wonder whether life will ever feel normal again — or whether confidence, intimacy, joy, or identity will return.
Through determination, learning, and compassionate support, her symptoms improved and her emotional resilience grew. She learned to trust her body again, to prioritise self-care, and to recognise the strength found in small victories.
Today, she pours that understanding into Floored & Fabulous — not as an expert claiming perfection, but as a woman who has been there, who understands deeply, and who wants others to feel safe, guided, and empowered.
Her message is simple: Recovery is possible. You are not alone. Your next step can be soft.
Whenever you're ready, explore the next steps at your own pace.
